Camera-only football analysis
Football data from ordinary video.
No wearables, no chips, no instrumented pitch. One vision pipeline turns match footage into structured, historically accumulating football data — and one store serves it to whoever needs it.
How it works
Footage in
Ordinary video from a fixed camera or a broadcast feed. Nothing is attached to anybody, and no pitch needs preparing.
Measured on the pitch
Positions are resolved to real metres on a real pitch, not pixels in a frame, so a figure means the same thing whatever recorded it.
Served, with its provenance
Every figure travels with the run, model versions and tier that produced it. Refinement supersedes; it never overwrites.
Built around who is asking
One pipeline and one store feed every surface. What differs is what each role may see and how settled it has to be — decided by the platform, not by whichever app is rendering.
Scout
Player histories that stay one row across clubs and seasons, with assessments signed by whoever made them.
Manager
Squad, opposition and shape — quickly enough to use at half time.
Analyst
Clipping, custom queries and export, over the whole recorded history.
Pundit
Broadcast-safe figures at low latency, restricted to what is settled enough to say on air.
Reporter
Match facts and figures, with embargoes respected by the platform.
Operations
Runs, coverage, imports and credentials — enough to diagnose a bad night.
What it will not do
- It never invents a number Where tracking fails, the gap is recorded as a gap. Nothing is interpolated to make a chart continuous.
- It refuses rather than degrades A pipeline that cannot do the job does not start in a reduced mode, and a surface expecting settled figures is refused provisional ones.
- Every figure traces back To the run, the model versions and the tier that produced it — so a number can be argued with rather than merely believed.
- Footage is personal data Expiry is fixed when a recording is registered, shorter for youth football, and the record that a file was held outlives the file.
See what it holds
The knowledge bank is open to anyone with a credential: clubs, competitions, fixtures and players, with every figure carrying where it came from.
